The videos use Quicktime or Realplayer. Quicktime may ask if you want to "open or save", just select open, a window loading the movie will open, then the Quicktime Player pops up. Realplayer, no windows open until the movie is loaded. Be patient! It can take several minutes. If you have problems, make sure you are using the latest versions of Quicktime and Realplayer.
